What will your responsibilities be?
You will support the accounting team in their daily operations by:
• Organizing and managing documents to ensure everything is in order
• Printing, copying, and scanning — you’ll handle the day-to-day administrative routine tasks
• Handling mail, entering data, and delivering necessary documents to the tax authority (NAV) to make sure everything arrives on time
• Maintaining clear and transparent filing systems for efficient work
You’ll be the key to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly!
This position is made for you if you…
• Have at least a secondary education
• Are confident in English — both spoken and written
• Are comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Don’t mind recurring routine tasks
• Are precise and detail-oriented
• Work well both in a team and independently
• Are helpful and enjoy supporting others
