We are currently looking for an Office Support Specialist to join our team in Budapest, part-time (20 hours per week), on a fixed-term contract until August 2027 (with the possibility of extension).
What will you be doing?
- Participate in and coordinate the setup and maintenance of the office documentation system.
- Support daily office administration tasks such as scanning, copying, and mailing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and register contracts in the appropriate corporate system.
- Coordinate procurement processes related to office operation needs.
- Oversee processes related to company car leasing.
- Organize team-building activities, company events, and other gatherings.
- Maintain contact with external partners and government authorities.
- Take on additional ad hoc tasks as required, such as HR administrative duties.
