What does it mean to work as a Payroll Specialist/Administrator with us?​

  • You will gradually learn the basics of payroll and social security administration.
  • At first, you’ll assist in preparing and administering payroll processes; later, you’ll independently handle the complete payroll and social security administration for our small and large corporate clients.
  • You’ll carry out monthly payroll tasks, cafeteria administration, and related documentation accurately and on time.
  • You’ll manage documentation and administration related to the establishment and termination of employment relationships.
  • You’ll prepare data reports, declarations, statements, and statistics for various authorities (such as NEAK, MÁK, NAV, and health and pension funds).
  • You’ll issue income and employment certificates for employees.
  • You’ll ensure that personnel records are always accurate and up to date.

This role is perfect for you if you…​

  • you’d like to learn the practical side of payroll, whether you’re a recent graduate or still studying,
  • you are currently pursuing studies or already have a Social Security and Payroll Administrator qualification, or a degree in Economics (BSc),
  • you have an intermediate level of English, especially strong in written communication used in daily work,
  • you’re confident using MS Office applications, especially Excel,
  • you are precise, detail-oriented, and work accurately to deadlines — essential traits in payroll,
  • you are familiar with the NexonBér system — that’s a definite plus!
