What does it mean to be a Payroll Intern with us?
- You will actively participate in the full range of daily payroll tasks provided to our clients.
- The team will rely on your support in compiling various reports and assisting with monthly and annual closing processes.
- You will be responsible for the accurate handling and continuous tracking of payroll-related documents.
- Your responsibilities will also include administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding, participating in end-of-month payroll processing, and supporting social security and cafeteria administration.
- You will also communicate with our clients and help answer their questions.
This role is perfect for you if you…
- are currently pursuing university studies – preferably in HR or Business & Management,
- are interested in payroll and would like to deepen your knowledge through hands-on experience,
- enjoy tasks that require precision, logical thinking, and focus,
- can work at least 30 hours per week alongside your studies,
- have at least intermediate English skills, both spoken and written,
- are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel,
- have experience with the NexonBér system – that’s definitely a plus!
