Why was the Boost Program created?
The program provides a smooth and supportive transition for colleagues approaching promotion, helping them become fully prepared to take on leadership and senior professional responsibilities. It offers a transparent structure and a collaborative framework where candidates, managers, and HR work closely together to ensure focused and effective development.

How does the Boost Program work?
The program’s structure provides a clear framework for development and for tracking progress through defined milestones:
- Selection of participants – Managers and HR continuously monitor colleagues’ progress and identify experienced assistants who are ready to move to the next level.
- Program launch and communication – Participants and their managers are introduced to the program’s structure, objectives, and expectations.
- Development of Individual Promotion Plan – Each candidate receives a personalized development plan that outlines their key goals and focus areas.
- Implementation of the Promotion Plan – Participants take part in training sessions, mentoring, and on-the-job learning designed to strengthen their competencies.
- Continuous progress tracking – Regular monthly check-ins and milestones help ensure consistent progress.
- Program completion – The results are reviewed and summarized, and upon successful completion, participants become eligible for promotion.
Who is involved in the program?
The Boost Program is a true team effort — everyone involved plays an active role in helping colleagues reach the next stage of their careers.
- Candidates – Participate actively and with commitment in all training sessions and development activities.
- Seniors and Supervisors – Provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities to support each candidate’s growth.
- Managers – Collaborate with Seniors and Supervisors to identify key development areas and ensure continuous progress.
- HR Team – Coordinates the entire process and supports both participants and managers throughout the journey.
