One of our colleagues who joined Process Solutions in a payroll position shared their personal experience of integration in a thesis that was ranked among the top ten out of more than 3,800 theses in a competition organized by Budapest LAB in 2024. According to our team member, “The significance of the onboarding process for new employees is undeniable. When I joined the company, it was during a period when the organization had already begun transitioning from traditional onboarding methods to a more modern, hybrid approach.

Over the years at PS, this colleague has also gained experience as a mentor and trainer, gaining direct insights into how a well-organized onboarding process not only plays a pivotal role in the successful integration of new employees but also positively impacts the organization as a whole. He noted that “the onboarding process facilitates faster integration, reduces stress, and increases commitment to the company.” This realization inspired him to analyze the development of Process Solutions’s Onboarding Program in their thesis titled “Improving the Onboarding Process of a Hungarian Mid-Sized Company”.
