Description

Preparation of the report concerning review of accounting, tax, legal documents of Media Production with regard to the processes and resources of the fields of general, administration, finance, accounting, legal and contractual status.

 

On the basis of the information gathered from the Management Board and accounting/legal documents given by accounting service provider PS prepared:

  • analysis of tangible and intangible assets, receivables relative to taxes, social   security and health insurance, aging of trade receivables and liabilities
  • information about the income structure and income value generated by main clients of the company, significant costs
  • horizontal and ratio analysis of profit and loss account
  • review of contract of employment together with payroll and related expenditure
  • settlement analysis of Corporate Income Tax, Social Insurance Contribution, VAT to find any tax risk area
  • review of accounting policy applied
  • review of main contracts, orders, resolutions, guarantees which would affect the company or its members.
