What motivated you to apply to Process Solutions?

As a student of the University of Economics I didn’t know the company in 2005, but I wanted to work in the field of accounting. I saw the PS advertisement and it caught my attention. The interview went well, and I felt sure that I would get an opportunity for a successful career path here.

What tasks do you have as a Partner?

I coordinate, motivate and support my team and the people who work with me. I have to negotiate with clients and review proposals. I have meetings with current and prospective clients as well. I manage strategic projects and I also support the projects in which I’m not the coordinator.

 

What do you consider as a challenge?

I look on every problem that arises as a challenge. I would say, for me a challenge is a situation that requires new knowledge or the new application of old knowledge.

 

What kind of support and training did you get that helped you to be such a successful employee of PS?

I have learned a lot from my supervisors (“on-the-job training”), and the professional and leadership training courses were also immensely helpful.

 

What do you consider as a success?

For me success is when people who work with me feel at ease, clients are satisfied or we have managed to get a bigger client or an internal project.
